Account Deletion Request

Use this form to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. Select your app, enter the phone number you sign in with (or the security email you added), and submit. Your request is sent by email to our privacy team for verification and processing.

The fastest way is in the app. In either app, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm with a one-time SMS code (and your security email, if you added one). You can keep using the app for 7 days and cancel there. The Healthya app can also erase your records but keep the account, and lets you download a copy of your data first.

One phone number is one account. If you use both Healthya and Healthya Family with the same number, deleting the account removes your data from both apps.

There is a 7-day grace period, then it is permanent. Once verified, deletion is scheduled 7 days out. For a request made through this form, contact us during those 7 days to cancel it (you may not be able to sign in while it is pending). After that the account, all records, and stored photos are removed and cannot be recovered. We keep a minimal record that a deletion happened, and data the law requires us to retain.

이 양식으로 계정 및 관련 개인정보의 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 사용하는 앱을 선택하고, 로그인에 쓰는 전화번호(또는 등록한 보안 이메일)를 입력한 뒤 제출하세요. 요청은 본인 확인 및 처리를 위해 개인정보 담당팀에게 이메일로 전송됩니다.

앱에서 하는 것이 가장 빠릅니다. 두 앱 모두 설정 → 계정 삭제에서 SMS 일회용 코드(보안 이메일을 등록했다면 그 확인까지)로 삭제할 수 있습니다. 7일 동안 앱을 계속 쓰면서 앱에서 취소할 수 있습니다. Healthya 앱에서는 계정은 두고 기록만 지우기도 할 수 있고, 지우기 전에 내 데이터 사본을 내려받을 수 있습니다.

전화번호 하나가 계정 하나입니다. 같은 번호로 Healthya 와 Healthya Family 를 모두 쓰신다면, 계정을 삭제하면 두 앱의 데이터가 함께 지워집니다.

7일의 유예가 있고, 그 뒤에는 되돌릴 수 없습니다. 본인 확인 후 삭제가 7일 뒤로 예약됩니다. 이 양식으로 요청한 삭제는 그 7일 안에 당사에 연락해야 취소할 수 있습니다(예약 중에는 로그인이 안 될 수 있습니다). 이후 계정과 모든 기록, 저장된 사진이 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다. 삭제가 있었다는 최소한의 기록과 법령상 보관해야 하는 데이터는 남습니다.
